Purchasing and Purchasing Card FAQ

Who do I contact to add or change a vendor?

Answer: Send an email to eclune@wcskids.net. Include the vendors name, current W9, phone number, fax number and an email address.

I made a purchase over $500 and forgot to do a purchase order. What do I do now?

Answer: Notify AccountsPayable@wcskids.net and CC: Sue Andrzejewski for further instruction. Please inform your staff all purchases over $500 must be on an approved purchase order prior to placing an order.
