Blue Ribbon

A blue ribbon district

Thirteen of Warren Consolidated’s twenty-four schools have been awarded the Michigan Blue Ribbon Exemplary School Award.  Two are national blue ribbon schools.   A blue ribbon school is one that has achieved a high level of all-around excellence.  A blue ribbon school district is one which is committed to giving students a high quality curriculum, extensive educational opportunities, and the best pathway to success in college or the workplace.

Our Blue Ribbon Award winning schools are: Cromie Elementary, Green Acres Elementary, Harwood Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Pearl Lean Elementary, Siersma Elementary, Wilde Elementary, Wilkerson Elementary, Beer Middle School, Carter Middle School, Grissom Middle School, Cousino High School and Warren Mott High School. Green Acres and Cousino also went on to win National Blue Ribbon School recognition.

All Warren Consolidated Schools are accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and by the State of Michigan.  Both organizations have high accreditation standards.
