During PLC time, each grade level team creates SMART  (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results Oriented, and Time Bound) Goals and develops a plan on how to achieve those goals.  Throughout the year, our staff collaborates to plan interventions and support for students that are not meeting our SMART goals.  We also collect and analyze data to support our goals.
