ADMISSION and AUDITION INFORMATION

WCSPA is a 9-12 high school program. Any student  wishing to be accepted into WCSPA must fill out an application and audition before they will be admitted.  At auditions, students will be taught everything they need to know and will have time to practice in advance.  There is nothing that a student needs to bring to the audition other than their completed application and a photo.

Acceptance into the program is based primarily on a student's audition.  All students will first be given a short monologue to practice.  Next, they will be taught a short movement combination. Finally, they will sing a song that they are already familiar with (ex. "Happy Birthday").  Again, students do not need to prepare any additional audition materials.  Auditions take approximately 30 minutes.  Fifteen minutes are given for practice and the actual audition takes an additional fifteen minutes.  For specific information on auditions and details about the program, download the brochure below.

Make sure to dress comfortably for you auditions. There is no need for dance attire or to prepare anything in advance.  All audition information will be provided to you at the audition.

AUDITIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR.  ONLY STUDENTS TRANFERRING INTO THE DISTRICT ARE ELLIGIBLE TO AUDITION AT THIS POINT.
