1. Obtain a list of parents names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

  2. Arrange for duties to be covered at all home games, including districts and regionals.

  • Gate/Ticket Takers (Football, Girls Basketball)

  • Security (Football, Girls Basketball, Boys Soccer, Swimming)

  • Announcer (Football, Girls Basketball)

  • Score table/clock (Football, Girls Basketball, Boys Soccer, Swimming)

  • Chains (Football)

  1. Have someone sell sports booklets.

  2. Attend Booster Club meetings.

  3. Coordinate team dinners.

  4. Coordinate the team end-of-the-year awards dinner.

  • Charge a maximum of $10 per person.

  • Location to be in the school cafeteria or student commons.

  1. Forward a list of parents that volunteered to Game Management.

  • Include phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

  • Volunteers will be invited to a year-end "thank you" dinner.



Coordination is done through the Booster Club and Game Management.
Certain duties may already be in place.
