CitizenObserver is a web based notification
toolset for law enforcement that enables citizens to receive and respond to
text, email, and web alerts from your agency.
Alerts: Using CitizenObserver, your agency can send outbound
messages to targeted public and private groups via email and text message.
Publishing: Alerts are posted to the web and can be published
to your agency website, Google maps and social networks like Facebook
automatically via RSS feed.
Tips:

responded to by authorized personnel in your agency.
