Dear Band Parents, This is a friendly reminder letter about MSBOA District 16 Band Festival which will take place Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Avondale High School. The following are the report times for each band: 7th Grade Cadet Band Report to Grissom Middle School – 8:15am Depart from Grissom – 8:45am Performance Time – 10:30am Arrive back to Grissom Middle School – 12:30pm 8th Grade Concert Band Report to Grissom Middle School – 11:15am Depart from Grissom – 11:45am Performance Time – 1:35pm Arrive back to Grissom Middle School – 3:30pm Parents are invited!!! Your support at this event is wanted and needed! We will need parent chaperones to ride the bus there and back. Please let me know if you are willing to assist! Also, let me know if you will be taking your student home with you by car. Once again, thank you for all of your support this school year. You have helped to make this year a joy!
