In partnership with staff, students and community, Flynn Middle School is dedicated to developing each individual’s physical, intellectual and emotional growth to the fullest extent of his/her abilities and interests by providing quality and positive learning experiences.

FLYNN VISION STATEMENT

The physical, emotional, and educational well-being of students is of primary concern at Flynn Middle School.  We see Flynn Middle School as a home away from home.  It is our belief that a safe environment allows students and staff to share ideas openly and encourages everyone to do their personal best.  Goal setting is revisited through Professional Learning Communities with improvement of student achievement scores being the major focus.  Flynn Middle School provides a safe, inviting, learning environment where students and staff support and encourage each other with a focus on achievement.  Students, teachers, and parents accept responsibility for individual learning and behavior.
