understand and apply the 6+1 Writing Traits by receiving a score of 3 or
better on the rubric from Houghton Mifflin. |

75% of all students will
receive an 80% or better on Chapters 1, 2 and 3 tests. |

score 80% or higher on a common 4th grade comprehension assessment. |
| Fifth Grade |
