Bowling Fundraiser help coordinate, set up and run adult only event	Evenings usually on a Friday in Feb/Mar. Best to start planning early in the school year. Co-chair needed, plus many volunteers
Box tops for education – collected from office on a regular basis. Sent in to collect funds as needed	Cut and send box tops as required by company. As needed on own time
Campbell Soup Labels collected from office on a regular basis. Sent in to collect funds as needed	Cut and send labels as required by company. As needed on own time
D.A.R.E. Drug Abuse Resistance Education – work with Officer Muller of the Warren P.D. Volunteers need to order gifts for 5^th graders, organize graduation, snacks, etc.	One evening in November – usually a non-5^th grade parent. Need to start early in the school year to plan for this event.
Family Festival - games, prizes, food, moon walk. Will be held Oct. 21, 2005	Being held October 21^st. In need of co-chairs, and human resources night of event
Field Day organized with physical education teacher and volunteers engaging students in a ½ day of outdoor activities	½ day (afternoon) in the Spring near year-end. Work with P.E. teacher to organize event.
5^th Grade Farewell – 5^th graders gather for lunch, yearbook signing, play games	During an afternoon in June. Early pre-planning is helpful. Action planning should start in Jan/Feb.
Fun Run – Main fundraiser – supports majority of budget for year. Kids solicit for donations for # of laps around designated area	To be held the afternoon of September 23^rd. Need lots of help day of event.
Games Night - work with Learning Gizmo’s to set up a date for kids and parents to have fun playing games	One evening during school year. Looking at an evening in November possibly
Gordon Foods contact is needed to coordinate program with store	Start beginning of school year. Provide information and sign people up for program. Program runs itself afterward.
Health Council Representative – liaison at monthly district health council meetings. Representatives share information at monthly PTC meetings	Monthly health meetings – report back to PTC at monthly meetings
Holiday Shop – store set up for students to purchase low priced items for holiday gifts. Volunteers are needed to set up, help students and wrap their purchases	December 7^th, 8^th & 9th. Morning and afternoon shop hours. Set up in the evening
Ice Cream Social in conjunction with Cromie’s open house. Teachers and parents serve ice cream sundaes. Coordination of helpers and supplies are needed	Held on an evening in May. Set up is usually after school the day of the event.
Kroger Gift Card Initial purchase of gift card at school. Card can be “recharged” at Kroger and Cromie will continue to get profit.	Start beginning of school year. Provide information and sign people up for program. Program runs itself afterward.

March Reading Month – an event that is coordinated with the Media Specialist. The program challenges the kids to read during a specific period of time after which they receive prizes	March

Parent/Child event: activities are held in the evenings or on the weekend. In the past we’ve gone bowling, swimming, had dances, done crafts, etc. Volunteers organize and run event. Police Dept. Liaison – Coordinate collection of goods for our local PD to thank them for their support of our Cromie community	Usually done just before Christmas and Easter break.
Red Ribbon Week volunteers plan and assist the staff with activities designed to create awareness concerning the problems related to the use of tobacco, alcohol, drugs and violence.	October 23-31^st NEED TO BEGIN PLANNING ASAP…HAVE MATERIALS ON HAND TO ASSIST CHAIR
Restaurant Night - Contact person needed to coordinate dates and advertise BK night, and other restaurants	Monthly as needed
Savory Cookie Dough – Tubs of cookie dough and popcorn.	Volunteers will coordinate and disperse products ordered. Held in winter and spring. Day time hours
Scrap booking Night volunteers needed to organize this fun event	Jan/Feb evening
SCRIP – A gift card program with a large variety of vendors to choose from.	Orders taken in November. Delivery in early Dec.
T-shirts volunteers collect orders, money, place orders, and disperse t-shirts when they come in. T-shirts are sold at cost, allowing kids to show Cromie spirit.	Fall time. Done from home, day time hours
Target school contact is needed to coordinate program with store	Start beginning of school year. Provide information and sign people up for program. Program runs itself afterward.
Teacher Appreciation luncheon or breakfast. Volunteers needed to coordinate, make food, set up, serve and clean up	In May during teacher appreciation week
Toys R Us Night – Coordinate with Roseville TRU a night of shopping for parents.	Held usually on a Sunday in November or December
Tyson Rewards	Tyson will give Cromie .24 for every label turned in. Kind of like Box Tops.
Window Painting – decorate school windows, designing and painting	Usually done seasonally in the evenings. A FUN project.
Yearbook need to coordinate picture taking at school events during day and night. Then help design and put pages together for the year book	Ongoing
Vendor Show/Cromie Business Directory - A directory will be put together for Cromie families and friends. From this we are looking into a vendor show for anyone interested in promoting their business to Cromie family and friends.	Soliciting Cromie families & friends who have home businesses they’d like to advertise for a nominal fee.
I can help from home putting things together, making phone calls, cutting, typing, etc.	As needed
