Admission Policies
- Students 16 through 19 years of age as of September 1st of the admission year.
- Students behind in their credits and not eligible to graduate on time with their class, even with summer school and night school.
- Students moving into the Warren Consolidated Schools district from another Alternative Education program.
- Students who have the opportunity to graduate within the age parameters.
- Students who desire to enroll in the Community High School program.
Admission Procedures
REFERRAL:
- By counselor or administrator
- To the director of Special Programs
- Completed by counselor or administrator
- Attach transcript and immunization records
- With director of Special Programs
- Meeting with student and parent
- All options are reviewed
- Director determines eligibility
- Graduation plan is developed
- Procedures and policies are reviewed
- Contract is signed
- All enrollment forms completed
- With Community High School counselor
- Student meets with the counselor
- Student records are reviewed
- Student schedule is developed
- CA-60 is requested
